As women, we’ve been conditioned to believe that we are not good enough.
We need to lose weight more, do more, be more, have more, more more more… through social media, news and magazines, etc.
We set unrealistic expectations of ourselves that we set ourselves up to fail.
We let the outside world dictate who we are and we compare ourselves with others that we start to resent ourselves so much. We then constantly judge ourselves from a place of criticism asking... “What’s wrong with me?!”
I get it because I’ve been there.
I thought I loved myself but after losing everything I had built, I saw where I didn’t love or respect myself, where I had no boundaries and where I let the outside noises control who I was instead of listening to my inner voice.
It took me years to be where I am today.
